Funeral services for Barbara Ann Heathcock, of Prentiss, are Saturday, Sept. 30, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Chancellor Funeral Home in Florence with burial at Garden of Memories.

Visitation will be Saturday, Sept. 30, 2018, from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Ms. Heathcock, 70, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018, at Jefferson Davis Community Hospital in Prentiss. She was a lifelong resident of Mississippi. She loved the Lord and worked hard to take care of her family. She was very family oriented and loved her children and grandchildren. She worked as a waitress.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Freddie Otto Brock and Bonnie Mae Stinson Brock; brothers, Freddie W. Brock and Lester Brock; sister, Bonnie Gene Brock; and grandmother, Zadie Stinson.

Survivors are her son, Mark Douglas Heathcock, of Crystal Springs; daughters, Billie Suzanne Heathcock, of Crystal Springs, and Greta Heathcock, of Alabama; brothers, Joseph Brock, Robert Brock, Jeff Brock and David Earl Brock; sisters, Lois Ballard and Karen Rogers; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
