Funeral services for Nadine Moak Wallace, of Bogue Chitto, are Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Riverwood Family Funeral Service in Brookhaven with burial at Montgomery Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home and will continue Saturday, Sept. 29, 2018, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Wallace, 87, died Monday, Sept. 24, 2018. She was born Oct. 3, 1930, to Barney and Eula Belle Moak. She was a much-loved wife, mother and Mam-Maw. She was always a high achiever, she graduated valedictorian of her class. She married Grover Wallace and they were blessed with five children. Nadine lived a full life devoted to her husband, family and church, she provided an example to all of us to be good stewards of the gifts that God has given us. She will be greatly missed but she will never be forgotten.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Grover Wallace; son, Ronnie Lane Wallace; son-in-law, Paul Wallace; sister, Bonnie Marie Graves; and brother, Gerald Moak.

Survivors are her daughter, Nancy Wallace; sons, Glenn (Jackie) Wallace, Alan (Cindy) Wallace and Kenneth (Dana) Wallace; grandchildren, Christi (Chris) Terrell, Brian (Kristen) Wallace, Karen (Bobby) Freeman, Amanda (Luke) Moak, Garrett (Kaitlin) Wallace, Lauren Wallace, Adrienne Wallace, and Kayci Beth Wallace; great-grandchildren, Colby Terrell, Braden Wallace, Brayton Moak, Zoey Kate Freeman, Noah Freeman, Cameron Wallace, Brylee Moak and Kaylin Wallace; and a sister whom she loved dearly, Shiela Brown.

Our deepest gratitude to Hospice Ministries and to caregivers Becky Smith, Crickett Carlisle, Sue Rippy and Dorothy Malone for the love, care and compassion shown to our mother.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital or the Youth Fund at Montgomery Baptist Church.
