Visitation for Phillip Burris Wright, of Summit, will be Thursday, Oct. 18, 2018, from 5 until 7 p.m. at Hartman-Jones Funeral Home in McComb. No services will be announced at this time.

Mr. Wright, 68, died Monday, Oct. 15, 2018, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born June 4, 1950, in McComb, to the late, Hubert Howard and Mary Sue Burris Wright. He was a mechanic and a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church. He was a wonderful and loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid tractor enthusiast. He will be sadly missed by his friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Dustin Haley; and an infant sister, Mary Wright.

Survivors are his wife, Laura-Nell Wright; two sons, Howard Wright (Casey), of Summit and Jamie Wright (Michelle), of Summit; one daughter-in-law, Tasha Haley; two brothers, Richard A. Wright “Bucky” (Theresa) and Ronald Glen Wright (Kay); five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
