Memorial service for William Kerry King, of Brookhaven, will be Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Bogue Chitto Assembly of God. Bro. David Boyd will officiate the services. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

A memorial gathering will be Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mr. King, 59, died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, at University Medical Center in Jackson, with his loving family by his side. He was born Dec. 17, 1958, in Thibobaux, Louisiana, to Leonard M. and Natalie Marcisak King. He was a member of Bogue Chitto Assembly of God. He retired from the oil field and enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, hunting, feeding his fish and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, papaw and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; daughter, Natalie Nicole King Daughdrill; sister, Donna King; and brother, Leonard King.

Survivors are his wife of 18 years, Vicky Usry King; sons, William Kerry King II, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and Ira Leonard King, of Brookhaven; daughter, Laura Christine Turner and husband, William, of Wesson; grandchildren, Jaylen, Demry, Maverick and Brayden; sister, Sharon Bumgardner of Byram; brother, Robert King, of Brookhaven; and a host of family and friends.
