Funeral services for Jewell Allen King, of Wesson, are Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Wilson Funeral Home in Monticello, with burial at Lowe Cemetery in Copiah County. Bro. Greg Beaty will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Friday, Dec. 14, 2018, from 9 a.m. from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Mr. King, 87, died Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at Lawrence County Nursing Home in Monticello. He was born June 16, 1931, in Lawrence County, to Luther Knight King and Frances Othelia Luper King. He enjoyed music and especially playing the piano. He was a loving brother, uncle and friend.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and brothers, Reginald King and Earnest King.

Survivors are his nephews, Robert W. King, Randy F. King and Tony King; nieces, Louise Jackson, Frances Thompson, Connie King and Kim King; and a host of family and friends.
