Aline ‘Monk’ Smith Bullock

Funeral services for Aline “Monk” Smith Bullock, of Brookhaven, are Thursday, Dec. 27, 2018, at 2 p.m. at Williams Mortuary Chapel in Brookhaven. Burial is at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018, from 1 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Family hour is 6 to 7 p.m.

Mrs. Monk, 76, died Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018, at Countrybrook Living Center. She was born Feb. 9, 1942 in Brookhaven to John Smith and Lula McCoy Smith.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, John L. Smith Jr. and Al Jessie Smith; sister Jessie Mae Stevens; sisters-in-law, Velma Lee Smith and Equila Smith; as well as grandparents, aunts and uncles.
