Funeral services for Ernest H. Hall, of Brookhaven, are Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Damascus Baptist Church with burial at the church cemetery. Riverwood Family in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be today, Jan. 16, 2019, from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church. He will lie in state Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mr. Hall, 88, died Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019, at his home in Franklin County.

He was born May 30, 1930, to the late RK Hall and Addell P. Hall. He worked for 39 years, as an operator for International Paper and was a member of Damascus Baptist Church. He loved hunting and playing with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Preceding him in death are his parents; and wife, Frances Watts Hall.

Survivors are his sons, Brad Hall, Donnie Hall, Ronnie Shelton, and Gary Shelton; daughters, Bonnie Cain, Sybil Wroten and Shirley Wallace; brother, Jessie Hall and sister, Doris Gill; 18 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
