A private ceremony for Luther “Luke” Davison, of Brookhaven, will be held at a later date. Brookhaven Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Davison, 71, died Sunday, Jan. 13, 2019, at Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. He was born Sept. 30, 1947, in Foley, Alabama, to Sid Davison and Ruby Black Davison. He enjoyed working on old cars.

Preceding him in death were his father, Sid Davison and wife, Gay Newell Davison.

Survivors are his mother, Ruby Black; four sons, Bryan Davison and wife, Dawn, Brett Davison and wife, Andrea, Hunter Davison and wife, Lauren; and youngest son, Lucas; brothers, Bob, David and Larry as well as numerous nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
