Funeral services for George H. Bethea are Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at Faith Presbyterian Church. Rev. Sam McDonald will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Saturday, Jan. 19, 2019, from 10 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mr. Bethea, 91, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2018.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Bertha Bethea Smith; father, George Bethea; and son George Bethea Jr.

Survivors are his daughter Molly Bethea Ford; three grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Bethea Peavey; and a very special friend, June.
