Funeral services for Theresia Blades Edwards, of Brookhaven, are Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, at 2 p.m. at Riverwood Family in Brookhaven with burial at New Sight Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday, Jan. 30, 2019, from noon until time of service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Edwards, 92, Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019, at Silver Cross Health and Rehab in Brookhaven. She was born July 31, 1926, to the late Doc and Ollie Blades. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Paul Edwards; daughter, Linda Edwards Covington; sons, Richard Paul Edwards, Robert James Edwards, Jack E. Edwards; brother, Otis L. Blades, and sister, Nora Bell White.

Survivors are her son, William M. Edwards and wife, Kim, of Brookhaven; daughter, Paula E. Cook and husband, Woody, of Brandon; 14 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and a host of great-great-grandchildren.
