A Lincoln County road crew fills potholes on Old Redstar Drive Thursday. This week’s heavy rainfall has wreaked havoc on the county’s roads, many of which are in poor shape. Another 1-2 inches of rain is possible through Saturday. The National Weather Service said flash flooding of low lying areas is likely.
