Promote the Vote art contest winners at Lipsey and Alexander

Lipsey Middle School and Alexander Junior High had winners in the statewide Promote the Vote Art contest.

Chosen from among 560 entries, fifth-grader Maven Larimore won second place in the third-fifth grade category, and Jillian Porter and Ashlyn Thurman tied for first place in the sixth-eighth grade category. They were each awarded a cash prize as well as their teachers, Dienna Moak and Vickie Driskell.
