Brookhaven High alum Haley Nations, a freshman pitcher for No. 15 William Carey University, picked up the win for the Lady Saders in their 4-2 victory over Faulkner University on Friday. Appearing in a relief role, Nations pitched the final nine innings of an eventual 11-inning game and struck out 14. She is the daughter of Neely and Joel Nations.
