• Jontavious Edward Smith, 08/24/2000, 1014 East Ave., Wesson — arrested for possession of marijuana greater than 30 by Brookhaven Police Department.

• Bryan Richardson, 01/17/1982, 635 Industrial Road — arrested for probation violation by Mississippi Department of Corrections.

• Gary DeLaughter, 04/14/1984, address not provided — arrested for possession of weapon by convicted felon by BPD.

• Robert Ezell, 09/02/1988, 907 Beeson — arrested for simple assault by menace or fear by BPD.

• James Michael Walker, 01/11/1977, 429 Stoney Brook Trail, Bogue Chitto — arrested on two charges of simple assault by menace or fear by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.
