A Roxie man died Sunday following a two-vehicle crash the day before.
John W. Foy, 34, was taken to University of Mississippi Medical Center after the wreck and was pronounced dead Sunday afternoon, Lincoln County Coroner Clay McMorris said.
Baily Prather, 23, of Brookhaven, was taken to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center. Her condition was unavailable.
Lincoln County Sheriff Steve Rushing said Prather was traveling north on Topisaw Drive in an SUV as Foy headed west in a Ford F-150 truck on Hunters Road about 5:40 a.m.
The two vehicles crashed at the two-way intersection, Rushing said.
The collision remains under investigation by the sheriff’s office.
