Jason Wicker and Mandy East announced the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lyndsey Wicker of Brookhaven, to Austin Burns of Greenwood, Arkansas.

Her step-mother is Hannah Wicker and her step-father is Blake East.

He is the son of Steven and Stacy Burns.

The bride-elect is a 2017 graduate of West Lincoln Attendance Center and will graduate Copiah-Lincoln Community College in May 2019 with a degree in biology.

The prospective groom is a 2015 graduate from homeschool and a 2018 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College with a degree in precision machining. He is employed as a machinist at D&N Machining.

The couple will exchange vows on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at Clear Branch Baptist Church with Bruce Brady Jr. officiating.
