Funeral services for James Otis “Onion” Bullock are Friday, July 5, 2019, at noon at New Beginning Church, 400 Hartman St., Brookhaven, Mississippi, with burial to follow in Siloam M.B. Church Cemetery. Young’s Funeral Home in Summit is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday, July 5, 2019, from 11 a.m. until time of service at the church.

Mr. Bullock, 81, died Thursday, June 27, 2019, at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson after a lengthy illness. He worked in the logging industry.

Mr. Bullock was born Nov. 25, 1938, in Lincoln County to Carrie Lee Neal.
