Fire reports

The Brookhaven Fire Department responded to a trash fire at 7:39 p.m. Saturday on North Street. They also responded to a limb on a powerline at 9:01 p.m. Saturday on the corner of Industrial Park Road and Sawmill Lane. No injuries were reported.

Copiah County reports

The Wesson Police Department reported two expired tag tickets, one driving without license ticket and one speeding ticket for Friday-Sunday.

Highway Patrol report

Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single vehicle accident without injuries at 5:27 p.m. Friday on Hwy. 27 South at Reed’s Circle. They responded to an accident involving two vehicles with injuries at 4:44 p.m. Saturday on Hwy. 27 at the Copiah County line.
