• Joshua Allen Smith, 06/04/1981, 1038 Macedonia Road — arrested for simple assault by menace or fear, contributing to delinquency or neglect of a child, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Jodi Lynn Scott, 03/30/1980, 82 Bogue Chitto Road, Bogue Chitto — arrested for DUI first, by LCSO.

• Bryan O. Young, 03/19/1968, 1008 Baldwyn St., Summit — arrested for DUI second, careless driving, no driver license, by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
