Pisgah too much for Bogue Chitto
The Pisgah Dragons (2-0) roared out to a 42-18 halftime lead Saturday night in Sand Hill against the Bogue Chitto Bobcats (1-1). The Bobcats battled but couldn’t overcome the large lead as Pisgah won 50-18.
Senior receiver Zach Upkins caught a TD pass in the first hal for coach Gareth Sartin, but for a second straight year the Dragons ground game was a powerful force in pushing the Dragons past the Bobcats.
BC will host Springfield, Louisiana Friday on Troy Smith Field.
