Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Wednesday was as follows:

• Misty Dear, 12/31/1978, 24 Montgomery Road, Summit — arrested for possession of a Schedule I controlled substance and possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, by the Lincoln County Sheriffs Office.

• Herlondo Cortise Miller,  4/19/1984, 102 Washington Ave., Crystal Springs — arrested for possession, sale or transfer of a stolen firearm,  two counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute and failure to stop when an officer signals, by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Jennings Case Jr., 12/06/1973, 528 Fern Lane — arrested for a probation violation, by the LCSO.

• James Rancifer, 2/2/1984, 85 D St., Bude — arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, by the LCSO.
