Funeral services for Charles Ralph Green, of Brookhaven, Mississippi, are Saturday, Jan. 18, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Della Green M.B. Church in Brookhaven, with burial to follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Brookhaven. Williams Mortuary in Brookhaven is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be Friday, Jan. 17, 2020, from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Green, 79, died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2020, at his residence. He was born Jan. 8, 1941, in Brookhaven, to Robert Green and Hannah Campbell Green.

Green was a 1959 graduate of Alexander High School. He was a retired U.S. Postal worker, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a member of Della Green M.B. Church.

He is survived by three sisters, Betty Green Johnson, Barbara Green Davis and Brenda Green Davis; two sons, Robert M. Green and Morio R. Green; and many other relatives and friends.
