Joseph Charles Booksh Jr., 76, a resident of Bogue Chitto, MS and a native of Watson, LA. gained his Heavenly wings on April 3, 2020. He’s enjoying Heavenly grace and peace. Joseph served in the Marines for 5 years, 4 months, 16 days and 2 hours. Semper Fi, Joe. “Well done, Marine.” He is preceded in death by his father Joseph Booksh Sr., mother Julia McCann, his daughter Alicia McIntyre, and a great-grandson, Ethan Booksh.

Left to cherish his memories are: his wife Deborah Booksh, sons Michael Fletcher, Joseph Booksh, III (Helen), James Booksh, with daughters Kristen Booksh and Ashley Dunkelberger (Chris). He leaves a legacy of 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren with many extended family and friends. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
