Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Tuesday through Thursday were as follows:

• Keontatavious Lofton, 12/8/1997, 1640 Coopertown Circle — arrested for first or second offense simple assault domestic violence, by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Samuel Leggett, 9/16/1978, 757 Dow St. — arrested for third degree arson, by the BPD.

• Charmaine Brown, 6/16/1988, 415 Tyson Road, Wesson — arrested for an indictment, by Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

Note: An arrest does not constitute guilt for the accused. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
