Due to the expected threat of severe weather striking the immediate area tonight, Lincoln County Emergency Management Director Clifford Galey has announced that a temporary storm shelter will open at 10 p.m. at the Brookhaven Building, also known as the FEMA Building, located at 1134 Beltline Drive NE.

Chairs, restrooms and a drinking fountain will be available. No pets permitted.
