Arrest reports

The Lincoln County Jail docket entries for Friday through Monday were as follows:

• Charles Kelly, 3/26/1998, 141 Lee Boggan Road, Mendenhall — arrested for felony embezzlement, by the Brookhaven Police Department.

• Neika Nicole Caldwell, 5/9/1988, 1564 Hilltop Circle — arrested for first or second offense simple assault domestic violence, by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office.

• Timothy Scott Caldwell, 12/3/1987, 1564 Hilltop Circle — arrested for first or second offense simple assault domestic violence, by the LCSO.

• Daniel Maxey, 9/22/1988, 400 Catherine St. — arrested for disobeying a lawful order and disturbing the public peace, by the BPD.
