TODAY: You can expect to see a little rain and maybe hear some thunder today.  You might keep your umbrella nearby just in case. With scattered showers passing through the region, nearly everyone will see some rain today. But the rain will not be all day long — just in spots here and there. Chance of rain is 60 percent. Any thunderstorms will not be severe.

Afternoon highs will still be below normal for this time of the year in the mid to upper 50s.

FRIDAY: Some showers may linger Friday morning, but the day will be mostly cloudy and cool with highs in the lower 50s. Chance of rain will be 20 percent.

SATURDAY: Sunny, with a high near 59. Calm wind becoming north northwest around 5 mph. Mostly cloudy Saturday night, with a low around 39. Calm wind.

SUNDAY: Partly sunny, with a high near 60. Calm wind becoming west around 5 mph.
Sunday Night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 38. Calm wind becoming northwest around 5 mph.

MONDAY: Sunny, with a high near 55. Light north northwest wind increasing to 5 to 10 mph in the morning.
