The Mississippi Highway Patrol Troop M responded to a single-vehicle accident at 10:35 a.m. on Hwy 84 West at Lower Meadville Road.

King’s Daughters Medical Center Ambulance Service reported 12 calls. Three were transfers, with one to Copiah County, one to Hattiesburg and one to Jackson. There were five emergency calls; four medical, with two in the city and two in the county and one cardiac in the county.
