Schools to remain closed Wednesday

Areas schools remain closed due to winter weather.

Both the Brookhaven School District and the Lincoln County School District have been closed since Monday. Neither district has had students in class since Friday, Feb. 12.

The two school districts will remain closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Officials will monitor conditions to determine if students will attend class on Thursday, Feb. 18.
