Brookhaven Regional Arts Guild named Janet Campbell Smith as February’s Artist of the Month. Smith’s winning submission, “Courtyard Tulips,” was an 18-by-24-inch acrylic painting on canvas. Recent Artist of the Month honorees include Joanna Posey, Gwen Furey, Bettie Bullard, Elizabeth Kaplan, Nancy Myers and Derek Covington Smith.
