“Today Petco Love announces an investment in the Brookhaven Animal Rescue League and hundreds of other organizations as part of our commitment to create a future in which no pet is unnecessary euthanized,” said Susanne Kogut, president of Petco Love. “Our local investments are only one component. This month, we will also launch the first of our national tools to empower all animal lovers to drive lifesaving change right alongside us.”

“This grant provides BARL with funds to go towards veterinary care of pets in need in our area. We are grateful to Petco Love for this grant investment and the support they are showing in so many communities around the country,” said BARL Board President Rusty Adcock.

BARL is a nonprofit organization serving Copiah, Franklin and Lincoln Counties. Since 1981, BARL has provided food, shelter and veterinary care for homeless animals in the area.
