Local artist Kathy Phillips has been voted the April 2021 Artist of the Month by Brookhaven Regional Arts Guild members. Her winning submission was “Bill’s Boy,” a 16×24-inch oil painting on canvas.

Members vote monthly on submitted artwork. Other submissions for April included paintings by Rebecca Hearn and Elizabeth Kaplan, and photographs by Bill Perkins and Sherri Slusher.
