• Anthony D Forrest, 03/25/1964, 1220 North Jackson — arrested for disorderly conduct, disobey lawful order, no seatbelt, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, DUI/ 1st offense, by Mississippi Highway Patrol
