Nonprofit motorcyclist group Beyond the Call of Duty will be at the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office at 3 p.m. Friday to honor the memory and service of LCSO corrections officer Marshall Lee “Bem” London Jr.

London died May 18, 2020.

The mission of Beyond the Call of Duty is to raise awareness of first responders lost in the line of duty and to support the families and communities of the fallen. As volunteer riders traverse the country, they travel with a large trailer displaying photos and brief bios of fallen first responders.

Members of the public are encouraged to visit the display during its stop in Brookhaven today and Saturday.
