Memorial service for Susan Renee Pope will be 1 p.m., Friday, October 29, 2021, at Riverwood Family. Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until the time of the service.

Renee was born August 16, 1963, to Joseph and Margarette T. Newsom. She passed away October 21, 2021, just seven days after saying goodbye to her loving mother. Renee was 58 years of age. She retired as Director of Nursing at Haven Hall Nursing Home and Silver Cross Nursing Home, in Brookhaven. She spent her last years as caregiver to her precious mom. Renee was a loving mom herself and was able to enjoy the birth of her first grandchild. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Those who remain to cherish her memory are her son, Caden Lane Pope and wife, Victoria; daughter, Carly Renee Rhoads; and her sweet love, first grandchild, Camden Lane Pope; as well as other loving family members and friends.
