The Wesson Garden Club welcomed a landscape designer to its October meeting.

Guest speaker was Copiah-Lincoln Community College Grounds Department Supervisor Jacob Prisock, who is also a landscape designer and consultant. Prisock presented a program entitled “Putting your garden to rest,” and answered questions on gardening and landscaping.

Members present at the meeting at Wesson Baptist Church were: Sonya Cowen, Debbie Hoaglin, Denise Jackson, Pam McLemore, JoAnn Miller, June Owens, Pam Owens, Jean Ricks, Meghan Shepherd, Debbie Smith, Nancy Sullivan, Dixie Thornton, Cathy Warren and Joy Wesbrooks. Hostesses McLemore, Shepherd and Warren prepared the meal.
