Chamber announces 2021 Junior Ambassadors, Part 2

Anna Michelle McKenzie

Anna Michelle McKenzie, daughter of Michael and Yevgeniya McKenzie, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. She is an All A honor roll student, has been named Student of the Month several times, and has received the highest average award in history, Keystone computer programming, concepts of agriculture, pre-algebra, and science. She is involved with cross country, archery, and golf at West Lincoln. Anna is in her 13th year of dance at Show Stoppers Studio of Dance. She enjoys reading, writing, dancing, speaking, and spending time with family.

Madelyn Carol Miller, daughter of Michael and Christy Miller, is a freshman at Bogue Chitto. Madelyn is a member of the Bogue Chitto High School band, manages the soccer team, and competes on the powerlifting team. She received the Character in Action Award her 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade years, was selected as a principal scholar, and recently received the highest academic average award for Mississippi Studies. She is a member of Moak’s Creek Baptist Church Group where she serves on the “snack pack” ministry team. Madelyn says her favorite thing about Brookhaven and Lincoln County is the close knit community, willingness to help others in time of need, and that it’s like one big family. Madelyn will be greeting guests at Printed Cotton Company during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Emry Alise Moak

Emry Alise Moak, daughter of Shane Moak and Jana Moak, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Emry is an A&B Honor Roll Student, has been selected as Student of the Month and Student of the Year, serves on the yearbook staff, and is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She is a Junior Varsity Cheerleader, manager for the Lady Bears Basketball team, and is a Booster Buddy. She was also selected as Most Beautiful! Emry attends Easthaven Baptist Church and Southway Baptist Church where she is a member of the Southway Youth Group. She says she loves the small town life. Her family has been raised in this community for generations and she enjoys the town’s hospitality. Emry will be greeting guests at The Well-Dressed Man during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Chloe Madelynn Nelson

Chloe Madelynn Nelson, daughter of Guy and Page Nelson, is a freshman at Brookhaven Academy. Chloe is a member of the Jr. High National Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and currently serves as the 9th grade class secretary. She is an Honor Roll student and has received the Student of the Month Award.  Chloes is co-captain of the Jr. High cheer squad and plays basketball on the reigning District Championship Jr. High Lady Cougar basketball team. She is an active member of Shady Grove Baptist Church where she serves in various mission projects. Chloe loves the feeling of home and the friends she has made in Brookhaven. She loves to eat in town with friends or get ice cream and coffee. Chloe will be greeting guests at The Skin Center & Spa during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Ainsley Elizabeth Orr

Ainsley Elizabeth Orr, daughter of Troy and Brenda Orr, is a freshman at Brookhaven Academy. Ainsley is a member of the Jr. High National Honors Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a Jr. Mississippi Scholar. She is on the Headmasters List for All A’s, a Lott Leadership Institute Nominee, has received highest academic honors and is in Honor English. Ainsley plays for the Jr. High Lady Cougars basketball team, soccer team, track team, Ole Brook Futball Club, and the Rainin’ 3 Hoop School. She is a member of Heucks Retreat Baptist Church where she is an active member of their youth group. She volunteers for children’s church, VBS, and serves on the HRBC Leadership Team. Aisnley loves her hometown and says her favorite thing about it is the people who live here and how beautiful our town is! EmaLeigh Grace Privatte

EmaLeigh Grace Privatte, daughter of David Privatte and Jack and Brandy Joffrian, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. EmaLeigh is an A&B Honor Roll Student, member of Future Farmers of America and Booster Buddies. She has received the Student of the Month award and Student of the Year award multiple times. EmaLeigh is a member of the Greenline Dance Team and the Archery Team. She attends Arlington Baptist Church where she is active with the youth group and enjoys volunteering with VBS. She enjoys spending time with family and friends. EmaLeigh’s favorite thing about living in Lincoln County is the hospitality and quality of people that live in the community. EmaLeigh will be greeting guests at Sassafras Boutique on November 13.

Hannah Barrett Reed

Hannah Barrett Reed, daughter of Deena Alexander, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Hannah is a member of Booster Buddies. She enjoys hanging out with friends and family. Hannah’s favorite thing about living in Brookhaven is visiting the skating rink and eating at the restaurants. Hannah will be greeting guests at Three Sisters Boutique during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Joy Martin Rollinson

Joy Martin Rollinson, daughter of Dusty Rollinson and Erin Corban, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Joy is a member of the A&B Honor Roll, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and Future Farmers of America. She has been selected Student of the Month on several occasions and received a Beauty in the West Lincoln Pageant. She plays soccer for the Lady Bears and cheers on the Jr. Varsity cheer squad. Joy attends Mount Olive Baptist Church and volunteers for Operation Christmas Child. She enjoys barrel racing in her spare time. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven is the downtown area. She loves small town life. Joy will be greeting guests at Panache Boutique during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Jaimee Noelle Rushing

Jaimee Noelle Rushing, daughter of Brad Rushing and Dana Smith, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Jaimee was recently selected as Class Secretary and was the recipient of the William Durr Award. She is a former Student of the Month and received the citizenship award in 7th and 8th grade. She is currently Miss West Lincoln Junior High! Jaimee is a member of the varsity cheer squad and is a Booster Buddy. She is an active member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Youth Group. Jaimee’s favorite thing about Brookhaven is the small town feeling. She feels safe and is at home. Jaimee will be greeting guests at A. Morgan Boutique during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Rebekah Raney Scott

Rebekah Raney Scott, daughter of Chad and Kelly Scott, is a freshman at Brookhaven High School. Raney is an All A Honor Roll Student, receiving the highest average award in all subjects, the Principal’s Award, 8th Grade Highest Average, Scholarship Award, and was inducted in the National Junior Honor Society. She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes and received the Most Improved Player Award for her participation in the BHS Cross Country team. She also runs track for the panthers. Raney is a member of Faith Presbyterian Church and is active in the youth group. Her favorite thing about living in Brookhaven is the community and small town vibes. Everywhere you go you see someone you know. Rebekah will be greeting guests at Beyond the Rainbow during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Avery Elizabeth Sellers

Avery Elizabeth Sellers, daughter of Johnathan and Angie Sellers and Eron Calcote, is a freshman at Loyd Star Attendance Center. Avery is an All A Honor Roll student and a member of the Junior Beta Club. She is active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and runs cross country for the hornets where she placed 10th in the state meet in 2019 and 14th in the region in the 2020 meet. She also plays softball and basketball for the lady hornets. Avery attends Macedonia Baptist Church and is active in their youth group. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven is the people and the fun events! Avery will be greeting guests at Castles during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Destiny Latoya Smith

Destiny Latoya Smith, daughter of Katina Smith, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Destiny is a member of the Booster Club for West Lincoln and recently received the most advanced reading award. She is a member of the West Lincoln Powerlifting team. Destiny is a member of The Word Church and is active on the praise dance team. Destiny’s favorite thing about Brookhaven is having family that cares for her and having fun with her loved ones! Destiny will be greeting guests at Sassy but Sweet Boutique during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Ella Paxton Smith

Ella Paxton Smith, daughter of Dr. Chad and Anna Smith, is a freshman at Brookhaven Academy. Ella is an Honor Roll Student, Mississippi Junior Scholar, member of National Honor Society, and winner of the MSA Science Fair. She is also active in Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She plays basketball and tennis for the Lady Cougars and is a member of the Junior High cheer squad. Outside of school, Ella also plays basketball for the Raining Three Hoop School and is a member of the Mississippi AAU Jazz Team. She is an active member of the Faith Presbyterian Youth Group. Ella’s favorite thing about living in Brookhaven is knowing everyone and she loves all her family being from here. Ella will be greeting guests at Engravables during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Kinsley Myers Smith

Kinsley Myers Smith, daughter of Jason and Lacie Smith, is a freshman at Enterprise Attendance Center. Kinsley is an Honor Roll student, member of the Beta Club, First Priority, and the Yearbook staff. She is a a member of the varsity cheer squad where she was recently chosen as a UCA All American Cheerleader and is a member of the varsity dance team at Enterprise. She has won “Most Beautiful” 3 times, elected homecoming queen, and voted as class favorite. Kinsley has enjoyed cheer, tumble, and dance since the age of 3 at the Brookhaven Rec. Department. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven is no matter where she goes here, she will most likely run in to a friend. Kinsley will be greeting guests at Expectations Too during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Maleah Sharese Smith

Maleah Sharese Smith, daughter of Janee Smith, is a freshman at Brookhaven High School. Maleah is an Honor Roll student and a member of the National Junior Honor Society. She plays basketball for the lady panthers. Maleah is a member of the Triumph Church and is active in their youth department. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven and Lincoln County is how laid back it is! Maleah will be greeting guests at Printed Cotton Company during Christmas Open House November 13.

Kylie Jo Suchy

Kylie Jo Suchy, daughter of Melissa Suchy, is a freshman at West Lincoln Attendance Center. Kylie is an honor roll student, Senior Beta, Booster Buddy, and has been awarded Student of the Month on several occasions. She is a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes playing basketball, soccer, and serves as the softball team manager. Kylie is a member of NCPC where she is active in the youth group. She loves Brookhaven and Lincoln County because it feels like home and all her friends live here! Kylie will be greeting guests at Roxy Magnolia during Christmas Open House November 13.

Ella Claire Thompson

Ella Claire Thompson, daughter of Anthony and Lauren Thompson, is a freshman at Brookhaven High School. Ella is an All-A Honor Roll student and a member of the Junior National Honor Society. She also participates in Fellowship of Christian Athletes, competing on the Brookhaven High School Cross Country Team as well as playing tennis for the Panthers. Ella is a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven is always seeing someone she knows! She loves that it is a friendly town. Ella will be greeting guests at Three Sisters Boutique during Christmas Open House on November 13.

Olivia Grace Thompson

Olivia Grace Thompson, daughter of Rev. Tedric and Countess Thompson, is a freshman at Brookhaven High School. Olivia is an Honor Roll student and a member of the Brookhaven High School Band and Color Guard. She is an active Troop 5505 Girl Scout and participates in the Mt. Wade 4-H program. Olivia was recently voted as Freshman Class maid for the BHS homecoming court. Her favorite thing about Brookhaven is the closeness she feels and the way the town comes together. Olivia will be greeting guests.

Allie Rae Warren

Allie Rae Warren, daughter of Emily Warren, is a freshman at Loyd Star Attendance Center. Allie is an Honor Roll Student and a member of the Loyd Star Color Guard and the Starlettes Dance Team. She has been a member of Show Stoppers Studio of Dance for 12 years and participates on their competitive team. Allie’s favorite thing about Brookhaven is the Brookhaven Little Theatre. She has participated in many plays at the theatre and volunteer’s for their kid’s camp. Allie will be greeting guests at Expectations during Christmas Open house on November 13.
