McComb man arrested for aggravated trafficking

A McComb man has been arrested in Lincoln County on multiple drug-related charges, including aggravated trafficking in controlled substances.

Jerry Garner, 35, of 1099 Cole Thomas Road, was booked into the Lincoln County Jail at 1:09 p.m. Wednesday by the Mississippi Highway Patrol on charges of driving under the influence (first), aggravated trafficking in controlled substances, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, two counts of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell, two counts of possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids in a motor vehicle.

Garner was also charged with no auto insurance, no seatbelt and no driver license.
