Good morning! It’s Saturday and here’s what’s happening.

Help cleanup the community by joining other volunteers at 7:30 a.m. today at Dr. A. L. Lott Sportsplex. Bags and grabbers are provided. A different area is cleaned each weekend.

Return to the Sportsplex 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. to register youth ages 3-17 for the Dr. A. L. Lott Youth Sports League. The $35 fee covers uniforms and equipment. Tuesday, the Brookhaven Board of Aldermen will meet at 6:30 p.m. If you can’t attend the meeting in-person at the Lincoln County/Brookhaven Government Complex, it can be viewed live on the City’s Facebook page.
