Heucks Retreat Alumni Association reunion will be at Heucks Retreat Baptist Church Family Life Center, with registration at 4 p.m. A covered dish meal will be served at 5 p.m. The reunion will continue Saturday at 10 a.m. A catered lunch will be served at noon. All former students are encouraged to attend and bring pictures, annuals, programs or other memorabilia. New Sight Baptist Church will have Homecoming Sunday, with Sunday school beginning at 9 a.m. and worship service at 10 a.m. Message by Bro. Todd Sumrall. Josh Britt will lead music. A covered dish lunch will follow the morning service in the Family Life Center.

The Lincoln County Board of Supervisors will meet at 9 a.m. in the County Board Room of The Lincoln County/Brookhaven Governmental Complex.

 

 

 

 

Tuesday, May 3

 

The Brookhaven Board of Aldermen will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the City Boardroom of The Lincoln County/Brookhaven Governmental Complex. Meetings are streamed live on the city’s Facebook page.

 

 

 

 

Saturday, May 7

 

Divide Memorial Methodist Protestant Church will host Springfest 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. The church is located 11 miles south of Monticello off Hwy. 27. This will be a full day of fun and fellowship with vendor booths, entertainment, a food court, a bake sale, an auction, door prizes, children’s activities and more!
