BROOKHAVEN — It is a bright and sunny day with clear skies and a chilly bite in the air. Linemen from Southwest Electric and Entergy have worked hard to reduce the number of customers without power since Wednesday’s line of severe storms moved through the area.

Southwest Electric reports 14 people in Lincoln County are without power while Franklin County has seven people are without power and Copiah has two.

Entergy also reports two people without power in Copiah, two in Lincoln County and 449 in Franklin County.
