NWS Jackson forecasts Brookhaven to have increasing clouds throughout the day Friday with a high near 58 and a low near 39. Wind will blow from the northwest at 5mph in the afternoon. Friday night has a 20 percent chance of showers after 7p.m. and a NNW wind around 5mph.
Saturday is forecast to have 20 percent chance of rain while Sunday will be mostly sunny.
Did you know the storms which rolled through the south Wednesday produced at least 21 confirmed tornadoes this past weekend with more surveys being done. Fortunately there was not any suspected tornadoes in Lincoln County.
