The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Summit man on charges of possession of child pornography.

Forty-eight-year-old Patrick Joseph Terrebonne, of 1926 SW Brumfield Road in Summit, was arrested Wednesday, April 5, and booked into the Lincoln County Jail just after 8 p.m. Brumfield Road is in the southernmost part of Lincoln County.

“We had a complaint about him possibly possessing some child pornography,” said Sheriff Steve Rushing. “So we were following up on a complaint, and ran a search warrant.”

Based on the complaint and information gathered during the search, Terrebonne was charged with one count of possessing child pornography. Rushing said several electronic items were found and need to be submitted for tests.

“That will determine if there will be any other charges,” the sheriff said. “We’re still in the early stages of this investigation.”
