BROOKHAVEN — Thunderstorms rolled through Lincoln County and across to Franklin County Saturday afternoon around 5:30 p.m. The storms knocked out power to limited customers in the heat.

Southwest Electric reported customers without power in Lincoln County as did Magnolia Electric and Entergy. The outages started rolling in as gusty winds blew through the area.

Southwest Electric reports 110 customers are without power, Magnolia reports 24 customers are without power and Entergy reports 43 customers without power in Lincoln County.

Weather channel radar shows the thunderstorm will linger between Brookhaven and McComb for a few hours until 8 p.m.
