A Silver Alert has been issued for Wilbert Buie, of Crystal Springs.

The 71-year-old man was last seen Monday, June 24, at about 4 p.m. in the 1100 block of Harmony Road in Copiah County, walking in an unknown direction.

He is described as a black male, 5-feet 4-inches tall, weighing 147 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a yellow t-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes with white soles.

Family members say Buie suffers from a medical condition that may impair his judgment. Anyone with information on Buie is asked to call 9-1-1 or the Copiah County Sheriff’s Office at 601-892-2023.
