U.S. Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith (R-Miss.) was officially named as the new chairman of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies (THUD) for the 119th Congress.

I am also grateful to Chair Collins for this opportunity and appreciate her leadership of the committee very much.”
