On Saturday, Feb. 22, Cub Scout Family Pack 1248, Scouts BSA Troop 1248G, and Big Creek District Commissioner Ed Schultz received rank advancement, merit badges, and honors at the Moose Family Center in Brookhaven. The Blue and Gold Banquet Master of Ceremony was Cub Pack leader Johnathan Winborne. Wood Badge Master of Ceremony was Council Commissioner Dr. Andy Dillon, Andrew Jackson Council. Troop 1248G Master of Ceremony was Scout Master Melissah Showes, with Assistant Scout Master Chelsea Pagano. Presenting Cub Scout Rank Advancement badges were Den Leaders Ed Schultz, Lion and Tiger; Josie Gordon, Wolf; Megan Winborne, Bear; Allison Dann, Webelos; and Adrianne White, Arrow of Light.
