Allen wins BCC Golf Championship

Kent Allen won the 2015 Brookhaven Country Club Mens Golf Championship with a three day score of 69-74-71-214. This was Allen’s fourth Championship title.

Jeff Henning took second place with a final score of 77-72-72-221. Steven Bozeman 74-74-75=223 and Jason Byrd 70-71-82=223 tied for third place.

Kelvin Locke won the First Flight, second place went to Jimbo Williams and third place was won by Clint Estes.

In BCC Senior Club Championship action, Don Coleman 69-77-146 won the BCC Senior Championship in a three-hole playoff with Paul Henning 71-75 – 146. This is Coleman’s fifth Senior Championship Title.

Steve Yawn 74-73-147 finished in third place.

The Super Senior Championship went to Joel Barnett with a final score of 73-73=146. The Grand Senior Champion is Joe Travis with a final score of 75.

The following players qualified for the 2015 Norwood Cup team for BCC: Kent Allen, Don Coleman, Joel Barnett, Jeff Henning, Paul Henning, Darrin Hirsch, Jason Byrd, Steven Bozeman, Michael Gates, Tye Ferguson (Captain), Justin Spencer, Chris Nations, Josh Simmons and Kelvin Locke.

A open qualifier will be held Sunday July 26th. at 1 p.m. at BCC for the remaining spots on the 2015 Norwood Cup team. This qualifier is open to all Brookhaven Country Club Members.
