Brown, King

John and Carla Brown, of Gloster, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Amber Brown, of Gloster, to Ruston Tyler King, of Summit.

He is the son of Tim and Sharon King.

She is the granddaughter of David Jackson and the late Clemmie Jackson, of Gloster, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Emile Brown, of Gloster.

He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. R.H. Nunnery and the late Paul Strittman, of Summit and the late Rev. and Mrs. Eddie King, of Summit.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Centerville Academy. She graduated from William Carey University where she received a degree in biology. She is currently employed as a dental hygienist in Natchez and McComb.

The prospective groom is a 2007 graduate of Parklane Academy. He graduated from Mississippi State University where he received a degree in kinesiology. He is currently employed with Enterprise Attendance Center.

The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 20, 2014, at Mary Springs Church. A reception will follow at the home of the bride.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and the reception.
