Lincoln County property owners may want to make a point to check out Sunday’s Daily Leader.

The July 13 edition will include a special section containing the list of properties sold Aug. 27, 2012 for delinquent 2011 taxes that will mature to the purchaser on Aug. 27, 2014, unless the property is redeemed by the original owner by paying all delinquent taxes and all penalties and interest.

Redemption can be made at the Lincoln County chancery clerk’s office located on the second floor of the Lincoln County-Brookhaven Government Complex. For more information, please see the special section in Sunday’s edition.
